New Year, New DJ Name, New Mix

so inspired by my little sister's DJ Wet Fart tag, I've decided to change my stage name to DJ Beefy Squeaks. as fitting as DJ Tom Kho Bo was, I had to explain the meaning behind it since it was Vietnamese, whereas Beefy Squeaks pretty much speaks for itself. so BAM!

it's been over a month since I dropped a mix, but since I'm on vacation for two weeks, I actually had some time to sit down, focus, AND finish a mix. Sure, I could drop a 30 minute mix once in a while, but I'd rather take my time and make sure every mix is around the 80 minute mark, cuz why waste all that space on a CD-R, right?

so this one is called Bump & Pork Rinds (peep the sweet album art), inspired by the video I found on YouTube and had posted on Facebook. For those of yall who missed it, here it is:

homegirl is tryina bump n grind... but all i can think of is her bump and how many pork rinds got her there. but i give her props for posting that video.

this is probably not my most diverse mix, as all the songs are of the hip-hop/r&b genre, but I think it might be the best one so far in regards to transitions in and out of songs. it was only fitting that I dropped a few "Bump N Grind" slow jams at the end, and with a DJ name like DJ Beefy Squeaks, how could I not drop some comedy clips? Also, Ive been told that iTunes has trouble sorting the tracks in the correct order, so if youre using iTunes then you might have to sort them yourself, otherwise everything should be fine.
